Graduate School--Senior Administrative Assistant


Job Description:
The Senior Administrative Assistant will be a member of the Taught Postgraduate (TPg) Section. The primary responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with other team members to provide comprehensive executive support to ensure the smooth operation of TPg programmes. This includes tasks related to admissions, registration, course scheduling, provision of student services, event organization, compliance with academic policies and regulations.
• Being heavily involved in the quality assurance process to ascertain the continuous delivery of outstanding quality programmes.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:
The ideal candidate should have:
• A Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3 years of working experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT literacy and computer skills.
• Being able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
• Being able to perform multi-tasking and attend to details.
