Graduate School--Administrative Officer (Outreach officer)


Job Description:
The Administrative Officer (Outreach Officer) will be a member of the Student Affairs Section. The primary responsibilities of this role will include:
• Promoting all postgraduate programmes and initiatives. This involves creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, organizing promotional events and developing marketing materials.
• Engaging and liaising with local communities and overseas institutions to build up an effective communication platform for students and alumni of the Graduate School (GS).
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:
The ideal candidate should have:
• A Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Good IT literacy and computer skills, with proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Being able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
• Being able to perform multi-tasking and attend to details.
• Experience in event planning and management would be advantageous.
