Job Description:
Major areas of responsibility:
· To provide administrative assistants & secretarial service for Dean's Office;
· To provide support for student and staff events or activities within SGE;
· To provide support for committees or meetings when necessary;
· To provide support for College-wide events when necessary;
· To carry out other routine office duties.
Job Requirement:
· A recognized master degree, preferably in the field of administration, management or education;
· More than 3 years of related working experience is preferred;
· A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
· Good communication and interpersonal skills;
· Good IT literacy and computer skills;
· Positive attitude towards serving others;
· Being able to work independently to meet tight deadlines; and
· Being able to perform multi-tasking and attend to details.
