Job Description

1. To provide instructional and administrative support for faculty;

2. To develop promotional materials for the department;

3. To assist in student activities organized by the academic society and peer mentors;

4. To provide tutorial support and pastoral care to students;

5. To provide administrative support for the department as instructed by the head.

Job Requirement

1. Applicants should possess a master's degree in a media and communication-related field;

2. Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;

3. Evidence of good critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills;

4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team;

5. Proficiency with media production software (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Audition. After Effects) and equipment(cameras, mics. lighting. etc.);

6. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel. PowerPoint).
