The School of Culture and Creativity at UIC now invites applications for the position of Assistant Instructor, Film, TV and New Media Concentration, which will be expected to be filled in August/September 2024.

Job Description 

1. To provide administrative support to the postgraduate programme ‘Film, TV & New Media Concentration’

2. To provide instructional and academic assistance to instructors

3. To provide necessary tutorial support to students

4. To coordinate and liaise between departments/faculties/schools for the programme-related matters

5. Other duties as assigned by the Programme or the School

Job Requirement 

1. Applicants should possess a master’s degree in a media and communication-related field, and familiar with Film, TV & New Media fields

2. Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

3. 1-2 years working experience in education area is preferred

4. Evidence of good organization skills, communication skills, and computer skills

5. Ability to work independently and as a good team player , and able to work well under pressure with multiple tasks
