Job Description
Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Food Science, Nutrition, Toxicology, Health Science or Food Safety are welcome. Candidates are expected to teach some of the following courses: Food Toxicology, Food Chemistry, Life Cycle Nutrition, Nutrition and Exercise, Life Style and Health, Food Safety and Quality Management System, Management of Food Safety, Food Security and Sustainability, Globalization and Health, Principles of Global Health, Health System, Policy and Management, Food Product Development, Molecular Biology, Research Methods in Food Science, etc.

Job Requirement
Candidates should have a PhD degree with extensive working experience in a related discipline. Strong English language skill including speaking and writing is mandatory. Successful candidates are expected to be committed to excellence in undergraduate or postgraduate teaching and research. Preference will be given to candidates who can undertake independent research leading to outstanding outcomes, including publications in high quality international-refereed journals. Academic rank will be determined in accordance with successful candidate’s experience and research accomplishments.

Benefits and Appointment Terms
Commencing salaries will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. Fringe benefits include housing allowance, leave and social insurance. Appointments to these positions will initially be made on a fixed-term contract with mutual agreem.
