Professor/Associate Professor in Applied Psychology

Job Description 
Candidates with expertise in Neurobiology, Cognitive Neuroscience, Computational Psychology, and Psychological Methods.

Job Requirements
Candidates should have a PhD degree in related disciplines. Post-doctoral research experience is highly recommended. Successful candidates are expected to be committed to excellence in teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels in English. Candidates with demonstrable ability to undertake independent research leading to outcomes with a strong impact, such as publications in peer-refereed SCI/SSCI journals and scholarly presses will be considered as competitive candidates. Preference will be given to candidates who have neuroscience-related research experience (e.g., fNIRS, EEG/MEG/iEEG, and/or fMRI). Academic rank will be determined in accordance with successful candidate’s experience and accomplishments.

Benefits and Appointment Terms
Commencing salaries will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. Fringe benefits include housing allowance, leave, social insurance and commercial insurance. Appointment to this position will initially be made on a fixed-term contract with mutual agreement.
