Job Description
1. Handle and support academic affairs, including curricular courses and/or special courses, and quality assurance;
2. Handle and support non-academic affairs, including staff management, meeting arrangement, and scholarship applicaiton;
3. Provide secretarial support to the Dean, Centre Heads or other superior staff;
4. Support events on the college and departmental level (if needed).
Job Requirement
1. A recognized master's degree, preferably in the field of administration, management, or education;
2. Preferably related working experience;
3. Good IT literacy and computer skills;
4. Intermediate English level;
5. Positive attitude towards serving others
6. Being flexible and willing to learn on the job and being able to accomplish given tasks with some guidance;
7. Being able to work with others in teams;
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
