The Human Resources Office is undergoing a digital transformation to enhance its services and operational efficiency. We are looking for a hi-caliber candidate for the following position:
HRIS – Assistant Manager (PR0381/22-23)
Reporting to Operations & Rewards Managers, this role is part of our “Change Team” to lead, drive, and oversee HRIS Project until deployment. This hands-on managerial role requires seasoned project management experience plus in-depth knowledge of Oracle’s HCM, covering Core HR, ESS/MSS, Absence and Benefits, Recruitment, Reporting and others.
This role will drive the delivery of HRIS project including knowledge transfer, milestones tracking; hi-impact engagement with cross-functional stakeholders in HR, IT, Finance and others; as well as managing expectations and soliciting buy-ins from the internal users.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test before the interview. Competitive remuneration and fringe benefits package will be offered to the right candidates according to HKBU’s pay scale. The successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term contract of two years. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as officer.
