Job Description
1. Providing clerical and logistic support for faculty events and activities, including talks, forums, seminars, conferences, guest visits, annual dinner, staff retreat, poster exhibition, etc.
2. Performing tasks related to student surveys
3. Performing tasks related to the mentor caring programme.
4. Collection of nominations on student scholarships from Faculty Management Group (FMG) members.
5. Collecting data/information and compiles reports/proposals under the supervision of the Faculty Management Group members and the supervisor of Administration Office.
6. Other duties as assigned by the Faculty.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
3. 1-2 years' relavent working experience will be preferred;
4. Good command of computer skills (e.g. excel, word, PPT, website maintenance);
5. Good communication skills and good team player;
6. Self motivated, attentative and organized;
7. Able to work under pressure;
8. Willing to take up extra duties and work overtime.
