School of Culture and Creativity--Assistant Instructor of Department of Music
Job Description
1.To provide administrative and academic support to the Music teaching faculties in the Department of Music;
2.To assist the organization of department events, admission and programme promotion activities and to maintain good public relations as deemed necessary for the development of the Department/Programme;
3.To maintain music studios, practice rooms and equipment;
4.To perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
1. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or above in a related discipline with background in music or music education;
2. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese;
3. One year’s or above experience working in multicultural environment preferred. Professional experience in music industry or tertiary education will be an advantage;
4. Proficient computer skills (e.g. MS office) required, and graphic design skill preferred (e.g. Video editing, Photo shop and brochure design);
5. Strong interpersonal skills and good problem-solving skills, detailed-oriented, and team player;
6. Ability to work well under pressure within multiple tasks simultaneously.
