Job Description
The main task for this position is to assist AR-related administrative task for BSc and TPg Programmes. The candidate is expected to perform the following duties:
1. Teaching assignment collection;
2. Add/Drop Exercise and course selection manage student data;
3. Graduation Auditing;
4. Final/Suppl. Exams arrangement;
5. Specially arranged courses and summer intensive/remedial courses arrangements and relevant following ups;
6. New Major/Minor Programmes application & On-site Accreditation, etc.;
7. To provide administrative and clerical support to the Division.
Job requirement
1. Applicants should possess a degree from a recognized university;
2. Preference will be given to applicants possessing a Postgraduate Diploma in Education qualification;
3. At least 2 years of relevant work experiences;
4. A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Proficient computer skills;
7. The analytical and problem solving skills and time management skills are required.
