The appointee will be required to provide general support to the daily operation of the Academic Registry, including but not
limited to:
1. Organize and manage the Information Desk;
2. Cross-check and update the handbook of undergraduate programmes and course documents;
3. Maintain the student management information system and ensure its data accuracy;
4. Liaise and coordinate with various academic and administrative office for student events and activities;
5. Assume office and secretarial duties.
Job Requirement 任职要求
1. A bachelor degree or above;
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferable with relevant experience;
3. Good language skills both in Chinese and English;
4. Good computer, communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Well-organized and pay attention to details and records;
6. Student-oriented, friendly and patient.
