Job Description:
1)The taught postgraduate programme is seeking candidates to deliver two core postgraduate courses: Organizational Communication and Branding.
2)Applicants should demonstrate solid teaching capability and in-depth research expertise covering both subject areas, with relevant strengths in related fields including corporate communication, internal & external organizational engagement, corporate brand strategy, brand storytelling, brand identity management, integrated marketing communication, corporate public relations and stakeholder engagement.
3) Responsibilities include full-cycle teaching for the two modules, curriculum design, tutorial guidance, student assessment, postgraduate dissertation supervision, as well as participation in programme seminars and industry sharing events.
Job Requirement:
1) Doctoral degree preferred: Candidates should preferably hold a Ph.D. in communication, marketing, corporate branding or a relevant discipline. Alternatively, applicants with a Master’s degree accompanied by extensive, verifiable industry and teaching experience will also be considered.
2) Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required for bilingual postgraduate teaching.
3) Candidates shall possess strong teamwork skills, patience and passion for postgraduate education.
4) Solid industry experience is highly prioritized: Preference will be given to applicants with proven professional track records in corporate communications, PR agencies, brand consulting or brand marketing sectors, with verifiable brand cases and established professional industry networks.
5) Appointees are expected to maintain high standards of postgraduate teaching and scholarly practice.
6) Academic rank will be determined based on the candidate’s academic credentials, teaching portfolio, research outputs and professional industry achievements.

Appointment Terms:
Appointments to this position will initially be made on a fixed-term contract of one semester or one year. Continuation of appointment beyond the initial term will be subject to mutual agreement.
